The Alchemist Kinesiology
"For every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness." – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Did you know?
Many successful & notable people actually use kinesiology principles. These include Tony Robbins (and all the people coached by him), Oprah Winfrey, and Hugh Jackman to name a few.
Kinesiology is extremely effective at giving you the life that you want (as seen by all the people who practice its principles) and combining it with HeartMath Progress Reports enables us to see what is working for you and what's not.
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology translates to the study of the movement of the body and that’s exactly why it’s so effective. Your body is made up of trillions of cells (12 zeros!) and each of those cells serves a prepose, but just like how you don't have to think about beating your heart or breathing many of these cells function subconsciously. What we do with kinesiology is we observe how the body moves and responds to curtain stimulus at a subconscious level to find where the root of the issue is and the best course of action for you. The corrective part of Kinesiology is achieved via a variety of techniques such as sound therapy, traditional Chinese acupressure and mindset coaching to name a few. Kinesiology is also a holistic therapy incorporating an energetic aspect into the sessions based on the beliefs of the ancient Greek and Chinese philosophers.
HeartMath
A scientific approach to the health of the body focusing on the physiology of the heart. Many people in the modern day are unfulfilled with their life or feel that they are stuck somewhere out of necessity. HeartMath aims to provide people with the tools and techniques to go out into the world and tackle the stresses and anxieties that inhibit them from achieving their dreams. The significance of the Heart has been known by science for a long time, but many people do not know exactly how important it is. While everyone knows that you aren't going to get very far without a heart, most people don't know that the heart contains a high volume of neurons (brain cells) meaning it has the capacity to think on its own this is further supported by the fact that the Heart sends more information to the brain then the brain send to the heart. Further studies have shown that your heart is the first thing to react to a survival situation even before your brain!
HeartMath has already been integrated into the police force in America and Europe due to its amazing ability to improve the welfare of people experiencing extreme stress and has been proven to increase people’s ability to work in a team and perceived likability and trustworthiness by others.
Brain Integration
A specialisation of Kinesiology that focuses on improving the brains’ function. Children that are struggling at school usually have the quickest results due to the resilience of young brains and the fact that they are actively trying to learn every day. That being said Brain Integration is still very effective on adults as well especially when they actively decide that they really want to improve, if you never try you can't learn.
My goal is to be able to spread healing, kindness, and compassion as far as possible to the people who need it the most, and that's exactly what I'm doing everyday.
I use a combination of kinesiology techniques and evidence-based HeartMath procedures and equipment to ensure the best possible result. I also believe that good healthcare should be affordable and accessible to all.
